I am currently working on a project involving packs and cards. The concept is that there are cards in each pack. The cards must be hidden before purchase and then revealed after purchase. Since I did not think this was possible, I wondered if burning would allow me to achieve this. Essentially, here is my scenario…

User A buys Pack 1. User A burns Pack 1. Pack 1 contains 7 cards of 4 different rarities. 1 Platinum, 2 Gold, 4 common. Each rarity has 5 different options each at an equal percentage of being chosen and each with a cap of 100 cards.

20% for Card 1 20% for Card 2 20% for Card 3 20% for Card 4 20% for Card 5

When User A burns Pack 1, they will receive one of Platinum Card 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. Two of Gold Card 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 (possibly getting the same card twice). Four of Common Card 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 (again, possibly getting the same card twice).

I wanted to know if it was possible to write code that triggered this random distribution of cards upon the burning of a card, while also having a limit on the amount that can be distributed. Once that card has reached its limit, Users will no longer be able to randomly get that card from a Pack.

Cards are NFTs, not sure what term the Pack would be but it could be an NFT as well. Forgive me if this is longwinded, but I wanted to give an example because I have seen some answers that relate to attributes and random numbers for those and that is not what I am looking for. Each card is its own NFT and that card needs a random possibility of being drawn upon burning or purchase or something.
