Tell apart an exchanges hot and cold wallet?

Bit of a weird question but how do you know which address is an exchanges hot wallet vs. cold storage wallet?

I have a list of eth transfers here that go from one exchange wallet to another (e.g. Binance 8 to Binance 14). Is there a way to know if, for example, Binance 8 is a hot wallet, and Binance 14 is a cold wallet? Hope to hear from you.

set address for smart contract to call after launching

Im trying to launch a smart contract that will call on another smart contract, but I need to be able to set the contract address to call on after launch. They actually both need to call on each other, so one is going to need to be set after launch. address public bugToken; address public ::Listen
